#33 - Prin mâna Ta sfântă

Strofa 1 1. Prin mâna Ta sfântă primim ocrotirea, (Through Your holy hand we receive protection;) Din orice-ncercare Tu ne izbăveşti, (You deliver us from every trial.) /: Ești Stânca de veacuri ce dai mântuirea; (/: You are the Rock of Ages who gives salvation;) Când totul se schimbă Tu tot dăinuiești! :/ (When everything changes, You still endure! :/)

Strofa 2 2. Prin mâna Ta sfântă primim ocrotirea (Through Your holy hand we receive protection) Când răul ne-nfruntă cu răcnet de leu; (When evil confronts us with a lion’s roar.) /: Când el ne vrea moartea, Tu dai nemurirea, (/: When it seeks our death, You give immortality,) Căci Tu ești viața, ești viu Dumnezeu! :/ (For You are life; You are the living God! :/)

Strofa 3 3. Prin mâna Ta sfântă primim ocrotirea (Through Your holy hand we receive protection) Când vine mânia cu chinu-i amar; (When wrath comes with its bitter torment.) /: Venit-ai din ceruri s-aduci izbăvirea, (/: You came from heaven to bring deliverance,) Să mângâi, să-ndrepţi și să mori pe Calvar. :/ (To comfort, to set right, and to die at Calvary. :/)

Strofa 4 4. Prin mâna Ta sfântă primim ocrotirea (Through Your holy hand we receive protection) Când dragostea-n lume cu greu o găsim. (When love is hard to find in the world.) /: În inimi smerite pui sol sfânt: iubirea, (/: In humble hearts You place a holy messenger: love,) Schimbând totu-n cântec de pace sublim. :/ (Turning everything into a sublime song of peace. :/)

Strofa 5 5. Prin mâna Ta sfântă primim ocrotirea (Through Your holy hand we receive protection,) Chiar lutul acesta de s-ar destrăma, (Even if this earthly clay should fall apart.) /: Trecându-l prin moarte Tu-i dai strălucirea (/: Passing it through death, You give it the radiance) Ce-n clipa-nvierii avea-vom cândva. :/ (That one day we shall have at the resurrection. :/)

Strofa 6 6. Prin mâna Ta sfântă primim ocrotirea; (Through Your holy hand we receive protection;) Tu faci să rodească truditul pământ. (You cause the weary earth to bear fruit.) /: Ți-aducem din suflet pe veci mulțumirea, (/: From our souls we bring You thanks forever,) O, Tată, Isuse și Duhule Sfânt! :/ (O Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit! :/)
